A bold and beautiful statement piece, our Rosa Copper Ring is handcrafted with care and character. The band is formed from a hammered copper tube, while delicate copper wire is shaped by hand to create the intricate rose centerpiece.

Each ring is oxidized to achieve its rich, darkened finish — enhancing the depth and highlighting the fine details of the rose.

~General Maintenance~
Do not shower, sleep, expose your creations to harsh chemicals such as those found in hot tubs or swimming pools, or exercise while wearing your Emerald Waters Jewelry creations. Do not wear your jewelry while applying hairspray, lotions or other skincare products. Do not clean your creations with an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or abrasive fabrics. Copper can also turn you skin green due to chemical reactions. To prevent it coat your jewelry with clear nail polish and keep away from water. The reason your skin turns green is actually a normal reaction from the copper in the ring.

~A Note on Natural Metals & Oxidization~
Most Emerald Waters Jewelry copper creations are constructed from raw materials. Copper will age or patina with wear and use and is not treated to prevent this natural oxidizing process. To avoid patina, scrub your natural copper creations lightly with a fine steel wool pad (inexpensive and available at any hardware store), once a month or as needed, dependent upon the amount of wear the piece experiences. Rinse beneath the lukewarm water, then pat gently with a clean, dry and soft cloth.
